Overview

At Securian Financial Group, we are seeking a dynamic and high-energy professional to join us as an Annuity External Wholesaler for the Pacific Northwest Territory. In this role, you will drive revenue through the external wholesaling of our innovative Securian Annuity products.

In Short

  • Manage the annuity sales effort for the Pacific Northwest territory.
  • Maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products.
  • Locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners.
  • Support partners throughout the sales process.
  • Provide creative and technical advice to facilitate sales.
  • Travel approximately 75-80% of the time.
  • Possess expert knowledge in individual annuity products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills necessary.
  • Organizational and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Proven successful sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Required licenses: Life/Health and FINRA Series 6 & 63.
  • Ability to build relationships with channel partners.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
