In Short

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, BDRs, and sales functions.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to align marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze campaign and program outcomes.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage regional IBDR to ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining data and regulatory integrity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Superb collaborator and project owner.
  • Experience partnering with sales.
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills.
  • Creative and tenacious with an experimentation mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and listening capabilities.
