Overview

The Enterprise Renewal Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences during the renewal process, managing subscription renewals, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end.
  • Partner with Account Executives for seamless support during renewals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Review and ensure compliance of contract terms and conditions.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to enhance customer utilization.
  • Analyze and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Super user of corporate CRM.
  • Support growth and automation of renewal processes.
  • Develop presentations that illustrate the value of our solutions.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales portfolio management experience.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
