• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy.
• Analyze retention, conversion, and decision-making speed.
• Omnichannel Communication (Email, SMS, Push, Messengers).
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful solutions.
• Launch campaigns tailored to different cultural contexts.
• Plan communications around seasonal patterns.
• Set up and manage trigger-based communication flows.
• Build journeys for all stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
• Experience working with CDPs (Mindbox, Maestro, ExpertSender or similar).
• Hands-on expertise in omnichannel marketing (email, messengers, push, SMS).
• Experience with long customer decision cycles.
• Skilled in setting up personalized and trigger-based communications.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Russian is required.
