Overview

The Dealer Service Coordinator will develop strong long-term partnerships with dealers and work closely with the sales team to build brand loyalty and trust, resulting in revenue growth.

• Ensure excellent communication with dealer accounts.

• Provide cross-functional support as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily.
• Aptitude for learning technical product information.
• Willingness to share skills and knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
