In Short

• Coordinate & execute Trade Marketing Plans aligned with global brand direction.
• Increase product sell-out and brand visibility through various marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams for tailored marketing activities.
• Coordinate events and trade shows for brand engagement.
• Monitor and track trade marketing spend for accurate forecasting.
• Serve as liaison with EMEA Marketing for localization of activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of trade marketing experience, ideally in outdoor or consumer goods.
• Proven track record in the DACH market with familiarity in European retail.
• Experience with omni-channel strategies and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
