Overview

As a Marketing Specialist at TechLeader, you will be responsible for executing and evolving our go-to-market strategy, managing content distribution, community engagement, and paid marketing to drive product traction.

• Own and execute TechLeader’s GTM strategy across various platforms.
• Plan and publish high-signal content regularly.
• Design and run integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, GTM, or growth roles.
• Experience launching or scaling early-stage brands.
• Strong understanding of content-led acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and growth automation.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong instincts for format design and platform fit.
