Senior Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Accountant is an integral part of the Finance team, responsible for analyzing cash flows, planning and tracking accounts payable, performing account reconciliations, and assisting in the monthly close process while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with HR on financial analysis of fringe benefit expenses.
• Assist in processing incoming payments and invoicing support.

• Serve as a liaison between various departments for reporting accuracy.
• Assist in year-end audit requests from external auditors.
• Synthesize complex data into executive summaries.
• Handle ad hoc projects and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Effective communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities in variable situations.
• Knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP systems like SAP preferred.
