The Pull Crew Operator at Saputo is responsible for coordinating production line activities to ensure efficient completion of the production schedule while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate all activities of the production line.
• Responsible for machine and line operation for packaging cheese products.
• Train personnel on procedures and techniques.
• Perform general operating maintenance on processing equipment.
• Document and record work completion on equipment.
• Ensure all products meet company standards.
• Interact with department managers and quality personnel.
• Perform sanitation duties as needed.
• Record data in SAP.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
