Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day plant operations through the management and continuous improvement of the Bill of Materials (BOM) update process, ensuring accurate background data for shop floor execution and contributing to key project initiatives.

In Short

• Manage and maintain BOM updates to support production accuracy.
• Collaborate with plant operations to ensure accurate SAP data.
• Act as a key point of contact for production teams on SAP issues.
• Assist in budget load activities ensuring data integrity.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP processes.
• Maintain documentation related to BOMs and SAP transactions.
• Assist and lead training on SAP processes and Power BI tools.
• Travel for up to 50% may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations analyst role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and BOM management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
