We're seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Operations Analyst to build our marketing analytics function. Reporting to the Director of GTM Systems, you'll be instrumental in building the foundation for our marketing reporting and process optimization. You'll be the architect of our marketing data, ensuring we have clear visibility into performance and can make data-driven decisions to fuel our rapid growth. In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Establish a reporting framework to monitor lead generation and conversion rates.
• Own and refine the in-house marketing attribution model.
• Map and document end-to-end marketing process flows.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing systems.
• Present marketing analytics and performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to define KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations role.
• Proven track record of building and managing marketing reporting functions.
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution models.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
