In Short

• Reviewing closed deals and provisioning new accounts
• Processing quotes for billing and resolving quote related billing enquiries
• Collaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed
• Providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as required
• Data management, reconciliation, cleansing, and analysis
• Workflow management and administration in Salesforce
• Producing reports & dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets
• Participating in strategic and tactical projects

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years professional experience as a data analyst or similar
• Strong experience in Marketo operations and Salesforce campaign management
• Experience working with sales teams or other commercial business functions
• Mastery in Google Sheets or Excel
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems
