Overview

The Electrical/Controls Specialist at Saputo is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Kentucky State Certified electrician or 2 years college Electrical degree.
• Two or more years of related experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC).
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read electric schematics.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
