We're looking for a collaborative Data Engineer who enjoys building reliable, scalable data systems that make a real-world impact. Join our small and focused engineering team in transforming Digital out of Home, reporting to the Engineering Manager. As our founding Data Engineer, you'll build the foundation for data-driven decision making across our continually growing customer base.

In Short

• Building out ETL pipelines and data infrastructure to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Taking ownership of data quality and reliability for various teams.
• Stabilizing and improving existing Postgres-based data pipelines.
• Designing and implementing migration to a modern data warehouse architecture.
• Contributing to data strategy roadmap and driving infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Establishing data engineering best practices and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Expert-level SQL skills with deep knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and maintaining high-throughput production data pipelines.
• Delivery-focused and able to succeed in a dynamic startup environment.
• Capable of diagnosing and fixing complex data pipeline issues.
• Data evangelist who champions best practices throughout the organization.
• Excels in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
• Located anywhere in or between Pacific and Central Europe timezones.
• Comfortable taking lead role on infrastructure decisions.
• Nice to haves: Familiarity with Elixir or similar programming languages.
