Overview

As the Staff Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will lead a team of skilled software engineers and drive the development of digital solutions for our customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with APIs and backend systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages like GoLang, Java, Kotlin, and Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading software engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AWS systems.
• Knowledge of system vulnerabilities and prevention.
• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment is a plus.
