Software Engineer, Backend (Product Engineering) - Remote

In Short

• Build software that enhances user experience, including rewards configurations, API integrations, and account management.
• Write scalable and testable code, maintaining end-to-end testing for complex flows.
• Participate in architectural processes for new features and integrations.
• Contribute ideas to improve cardholder experiences and support business growth.
• Troubleshoot production issues in microservices during on-call assignments.
• Work with technologies such as AWS, Go, Python, gRPC, Terraform, Kubernetes, Kafka, AI/ML models, NoSQL, and SQL databases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of programming experience with modern languages like Java, C++, or Go.
• 1+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
• 1+ years of experience in leading system design.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance design.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
