In Short

Lead a team of engineers in developing scholarship management and AI-driven platforms.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for B2B sales projects.
Drive technical execution and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Champion AI integration into existing architecture.
Monitor system health and lead daily operations.
5+ years of software engineering experience required.
Strong backend architecture foundations with GCP experience.
Excellent database querying skills, particularly in MySQL and BigQuery.
Exceptional communication skills to bridge tech and sales.
Experience in PHP/Laravel, Nuxt, Vue.js, or FastAPI is a plus.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of leadership experience as a Technical Team Lead or Engineering Manager.
Strong backend architecture foundations with extensive GCP experience.
Excellent database querying skills (MySQL, BigQuery).
Solid understanding of AI Agent orchestration.
Exceptional communication skills with non-technical teams.
Extreme comfort with context-switching and creative problem-solving.
