Sales/Appointment Setter - Remote

Overview

Are you highly goal driven, and passionate about sales and driving success? We're looking for a Sales/Appointment Setter to support our client. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling, nurturing, and managing leads, conducting cold calling campaigns, and adapting scripts to engage leads. If you have strong organizational and sales skills, and proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, we'd love to hear from you!

In Short

• Use sales skills to gain appointments, sales, or information from assigned or acquired leads.
• Telephone Prospecting/Lead Generation for new clients daily from various sources.
• Schedule appointments for Listing & Buyer Specialists.
• Contact all leads through phone/text/email within 5 minutes of site registration during the VAs shift.
• Hand off HOT leads that need additional conversation to a Team member/Agent whenever possible.
• Input/Manage client & lead databases.
• Conduct lead follow-up & nurture leads until appointments are set.
• Set daily and weekly goals.
• Track and measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
• Submit daily reports on calls, conversations, and set appointments.
