In Short

  • Manage warm inbound leads primarily through outbound calling (100-200+ calls per day).
  • Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Skillfully navigate objections during calls to build rapport.
  • Update CRM accurately with call outcomes and lead information.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in B2B sales or sales development with proven experience in high-volume calling.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient with dialers such as PhoneBurner and CRM software.
  • Excellent objection handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated with a personable phone presence.
