Customer Service Supervisor & Project Manager VA (Operations and Supply Chain) - Remote

Overview

This role owns the operational experience across Cureate’s ecosystem—buyers, vendors, onboarding, fulfillment, and events.

In Short

• Own all shared inboxes and respond to inquiries within the same business day.
• Monitor active orders and resolve fulfillment issues directly.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution.
• Lead onboarding for buyers and vendors.
• Build and maintain workflows across operations.
• Deliver daily operational reports and highlight issues.
• Proactively identify operational failures before they escalate.
• Maintain communication standards that are clear and solution-driven.
• Work in a high-ownership operational environment.
• Utilize tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Airtable.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, customer service management, or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail, especially in logistics.
• Comfortable working in evolving processes.
• Must be proactive and take ownership of tasks.
