Overview

The Customer Service Manager, Vendor and Operations will oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the internal support teams that span multiple insurance lines while focusing heavily on opportunities to build and improve our operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 5 years of Customer Service experience required.
  • Excellent understanding of support team functions.
  • 2 years experience with data analysis preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
