Overview

The VP, Customer Service and Sales Operations will create, own, and drive the goal of providing an effortless customer experience while fueling increased sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer service or sales operations.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong background in process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
