As a Client Services Process Improvement Specialist at Scale Virtually, you will work with fast-growing U.S. companies to streamline operations and enhance offshore teams by creating clear documentation and processes.

In Short

Requirements

  • 2+ years in BPO operations or client services
  • Comfortable leading calls and organizing systems
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Skilled with tools like Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on execution
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: Experience with U.S. clients
