The Senior Manager of Talent & People Operations plays a critical role in advancing Scale to Win’s mission by building and stewarding equitable, compliant, and well-run hiring and people operations systems.

In Short

  • Lead and scale equitable hiring systems.
  • Oversee the full hiring lifecycle across multiple searches.
  • Manage operational aspects of recruitment and hiring.

  • Collaborate with People Operations leadership and external partners.
  • Track and analyze key talent metrics.
  • Implement DEIJ principles in hiring processes.
  • Provide training and coaching to hiring managers.
  • Develop standardized hiring tools and maintain recruiting infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Strong commitment to progressive values.
  • Experience with standard recruiting tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience leading full-cycle hiring operations.
