Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to take charge of the sales funnel, handle warm leads, and lead a small sales team. This is a consultative sales role, where your primary focus will be to engage, educate, and guide prospects through the enrollment process, using a compassionate and thoughtful approach. You'll work closely with the leadership team, ensuring smooth conversions and a quality client experience.

In Short

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to warm leads in our CRM.
• Send personalized follow-up emails and text messages to prospects.
• Maintain detailed notes and update lead status in CRM.
• Schedule discovery calls and info sessions for qualified prospects.
• Track daily/weekly activity metrics and conversion rates.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualified inquiry to enrollment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-value prospects.
• Refine and improve lead tracking and follow-up flows.
• Embody and champion a heart-centered approach to business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior-level sales, enrollment, or account management role.
• Familiarity with consultative, client-centered selling.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset.
• Demonstrated empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable making 50+ calls per day.
• Experience with phone, email, and SMS outreach.
• Ability to maintain an organized pipeline in CRM.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
