• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for leadership.
• Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
• Join client calls and ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional projects and track progress.
• Assist with marketing efforts and content creation.
• Partner directly with executives on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in executive support, operations, or project management.
• Experience in startup environments.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Coachable and ambitious to grow into a Chief of Staff role.
