Overview

The Customer Success Manager (IAM Practitioner) at Saviynt will manage customer loyalty and adoption of innovative services and products, ensuring customer happiness and retention while driving business expansion.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Experience in customer success or application portfolio management within a SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience in IAM and Security.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud and on-premise IT landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills for issue tracking and crisis management.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in process improvement and managing processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
