The Accounts Payable Executive role at Savanta focuses on supporting the finance team in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

In Short

• Process and verify invoices and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and vendor communications.
• Set up new customers and projects on Maconomy.
• Chase POs internally and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies.
• Account reconciliation and maintaining the purchase ledger.
• Support day-to-day operations of the finance team.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Entry-level experience in payment management and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
• Confidence in managing competing priorities.
• Knowledge of ERP tools is a plus.
