Overview

In the Commercial Development Manager role, you will be responsible for using technical knowledge of Sartorius products to optimize sales with customers, focusing on the cell and gene therapy space.

In Short

  • Promote organization's products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with market growth strategy.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends and track sales performance.
  • Drive newly launched products into the marketplace.
  • Develop and implement account plans.
  • Manage and build strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 50%).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop successful strategies.
  • Participate in marketing activities in assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience; consumable and reagent sales a plus.
  • Experience in cell and gene therapy sales or key account management.
  • Proficient in CRM usage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Good teamwork skills.
