Service Technician (ambr®) - Remote for Southern Germany

Overview

We are seeking a Service Technician for our Bioprocess Solutions division to provide technical service for innovative product lines in automated cell culture and fermentation systems, working from home in Southern Germany.

• Ensure 1st level support for assigned product line.
• Provide technical support to customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Conduct service operations including installations, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and remote support.

• Possess a recognized technician qualification or equivalent education in electrical, medical, or automation engineering.
• Have several years of experience in technical field service, preferably in the pharma/biotech sector.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a structured work approach.
• Be flexible with travel in Germany, and occasionally to Austria and Switzerland.
