In Short

• Provide exceptional customer care and build positive relationships with customers.
• Provide technical support to customers during issues.
• Minimize unnecessary travel by tying workflow to schedule.
• Travel to customers by ground, train, and air transportation as needed.
• Provide training on the use and operation of Bio Analytics instruments.
• Perform field service, calibration, installation, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with IT issues related to Bio Analytics system installations.
• Keep accurate records and produce detailed service reports.
• Expect up to 90% overnight travel to support Field Service activities.
• Lift items weighing up to 35 Kg.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in engineering or military training certifications.
• 5+ years of proven field service experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient with MS Office software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
• Excellent driving record.
