Field Service Engineer - Remote (NJ/Greater NYC)

Overview

The Field Service Engineer will support testing labs in the greater New York City and New Jersey area by installing, maintaining, and repairing scientific instrumentation. The role involves strong customer interaction and technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with scientific instrumentation.
• Experience with Automate Liquid Handling and micro-fluidics preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with MS-Office products.
