Overview

Sartorius is seeking an individual with drive and passion to be part of the Business Process Management team. The Business Process Expert will be responsible for the implementation of process improvement projects within the Marketing, Sales, and Order Process Management teams, ensuring process harmonization and the further development of existing processes.

In Short

  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes.
  • Develop and implement new business processes in cooperation with various departments.
  • Responsible for setting up and implementing process optimization projects.
  • Create process documentation and decision templates.
  • Support the introduction of process management tools and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance based on KPIs.
  • Advise and train employees.
  • 3+ years of experience in project or process management.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge in sales and order process management.
  • Experience with process management tools and relevant certifications.
  • Experience working for an international company is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Potential for up to 30% domestic and international travel.
