Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator at Saputo is responsible for coordinating various warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and leading a team to manage inventory and shipping processes.

• Coordinate inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes.
• Lead and monitor warehouse tasks under the direction of the Department Manager.
• Manage shipping cockpit and dock activities.
• Create and release waves for picking products.
• Investigate product shortages and manage rewaves.
• Support inventory control activities and resolve discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse management and teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; 2-year degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in a lead warehouse role.
• Excellent computer skills, including WMS and SAP.
• Ability to read and interpret documents accurately.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Adaptability to changing operational needs.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Physical capability to lift and move items as needed.
