Maintenance Planner - Remote

Overview

Saputo Dairy Products Canada is seeking a passionate Maintenance Planner to partner with the Maintenance team and to support production and warehouse operations by providing support, organization, and order to the maintenance team.

In Short

• Responsible for planning preventive and predictive maintenance work orders.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the CMMS and SAP systems.
• Monitor and schedule work order backlog effectively.
• Analyze technical downtime and provide feedback to the Maintenance Manager.
• Coordinate resources for maintenance functions.
• Utilize maintenance reliability tools for performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for third-party contractors.
• Improve maintenance plans and tasks based on data analysis.
• Work closely with maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

• Reliability focused certification or Asset management Certification (CMRP, CRE, AMP, MMP).
• Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• High level of computer expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in maintenance planning preferred.
• Ability to record information accurately.
