Overview

The Payroll Manager for the Americas is responsible for managing payroll operations across five countries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and leading a team of payroll specialists.

• Manage payroll for the Americas region including the USA, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.
• Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Review and implement payroll policies and procedures.
• Work closely with HR and other departments for payroll-related matters.
• Train and support payroll specialists.
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of payroll experience managing multi-country operations.
• Experience in payroll process development and compliance.
• Expert knowledge of US tax regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems like Workday, Ceridian, and ADP.
