Manager, America's Payroll - Remote

Overview

As a member of the America’s Payroll Team, this Payroll Leader manages and supports payroll for the Americas region which includes 5 countries and over 2,100 employees’ residing in United States, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.

In Short

• Owns the entire America’s payroll and time and attendance process from start to finish.
• Leads America’s Payroll team in processing multi-country global exempt and non-exempt payroll.
• Ensures compliance in payroll tax and regulatory reporting.
• Partners with Internal Audit to meet all SOX and audit procedures.
• Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of payroll policies.
• Works with accounting firms on international assignment tax support.
• Identifies operational & regulatory risks and implements mitigation plans.
• Implements process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Stays updated in changes with payroll and tax legislation.
• Ensures high value customer service to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant payroll experience managing people.
• Experience developing and leading a payroll function.
• Expert knowledge in United States tax regulations and reporting.
• Working knowledge of payroll systems such as Workday and ADP.
