CLM & Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

The CLM & Contract Manager will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization, managing the implementation of a new contract lifecycle management system.

In Short

• Lead the implementation and support of Sandisk’s new CLM system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CLM vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and manage risks.
• Work closely with commercial contracts attorneys and various teams.
• Handle special projects as needed.
• 5+ years of experience in CLM system management.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing a CLM system.
• Experience in managing and negotiating commercial contracts preferred.
• Understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Track record of providing timely results on contract matters.
