• Base salary range of $207k - $289k per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in business development in Biopharma.
• Track record of closing deals and partnerships.
• Technical depth in molecular modeling tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled simulation trends.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues.
• Experience launching new business verticals.
• Experience in the chemical or materials industry is a plus.
• Open to travel 20% in line with customer demands.
