Create global demand by identifying business opportunities, providing Samsung NAND Flash technology solutions for future designs, and managing all technical related issues.

In Short

• Enable global sales by collaborating directly with the customer's design/development engineers and Samsung’s Product Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Identify optimal solutions considering storage type, capacity, performance, power, cost-effectivity, lifecycle, and availability.
• Support data sheets, sample requests/management, simulation models, FA reports, etc.
• Manage qualification issues at the customer and support resolution of customer qualification failures.
• Manage qualifications at customer sites and report status to Samsung management.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with key design/development engineers and managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Samsung Korea HQ counterparts.

Requirements

• Bachelors with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 4+ years in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Prior NAND Flash with Storage (SSD/HDD) engineering experience strongly recommended.
• Direct communication experience with customers is desired.
• Familiar with semiconductor testing processes and general semiconductor fabrication technology.
