Overview

The Software and Solutions Specialist will build a new Sales support team focused on complex software solutions, driving growth and pipeline in software sales while collaborating with the Key Account Sales organization.

In Short

• Build a Solutions Sales Consulting practice within the Display Sales team.
• Lead proposal and negotiation processes.
• Identify new software solution opportunities.
• Engage with technical pre-sales and product teams.
• Maintain relationships with contracted solutions customers.
• Sell in a consultative fashion to solve customer pain points.
• Achieve short-term growth and breadth goals.
• Coordinate with various teams to align solution design.
• Travel within assigned geographic territory up to 50% of the time.
• Develop detailed presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8 years of solution-based selling experience.
• Proven track record in managing medium to large competitive deals.
• Strong ability to build trust and relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and client communication skills.
• Organizational vision and understanding of team dynamics.
• Ability to articulate strategies to executive audiences.
• Natural collaborator with a customer-centric mindset.
• Operational knowledge of CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
