Overview

Samsung Networks is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Operations Manager to lead the delivery and maintenance of Open RAN projects in collaboration with Vodafone Germany, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Lead the delivery of 2G/4G and 5G Open RAN projects.
  • Coordinate with Vodafone Germany and manage customer relationships.
  • Ensure achievement of program goals and delivery quality.
  • Manage program phases, including design, integration, and testing.
  • Provide regular reporting on program progress and risks.
  • Build and lead a motivated team of technical practitioners.
  • Engage with customers to maximize satisfaction and opportunities.
  • Handle program governance and RACI updates.
  • Travel to project locations within Germany and occasionally to Europe.
  • Fluent in English and German, with a degree in Telecoms or related field.

Requirements

  • Degree in Telecoms, Electronics, or Computer Science/IT.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL).
  • Proven experience in a Senior Program role in telecom/IT.
  • Track record in delivering complex large-scale programs.
  • Strong customer management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships.
  • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and act accordingly.
