Overview

The Head of Legal & Compliance will lead a team of legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal advice and manage compliance risks for the company.

• Lead a team of legal counsels and paralegals.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney or lawyer with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in law firm and as in-house counsel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly motivated and resourceful.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in various areas of law including Business and Commercial Law.
• Ability to manage external counsel.
• Working knowledge of civil and criminal litigation.
