Overview

Samsara is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class hardware and software support experience to our customers, focusing on mobile applications and IoT solutions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Samsara's IoT solutions.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with support engineers across multiple locations.
  • Manage customer tickets and build knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Become an expert on Samsara's product portfolio.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Champion company cultural principles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during nights and weekends.
  • Technical knowledge for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Experience with industrial systems or IoT devices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for data manipulation is beneficial.
  • Trilingual is a plus.
