Strategic Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role involves advising and guiding large enterprise customers in adopting IoT solutions, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing customer relationships.

• Be part of the Strategic Customer Success team at Samsara.
• Help enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage with customers.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• May require travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time.
• 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience with technical products is preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a senior Customer Success or strategic consulting role.
• Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent consultative skills for system implementations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Passion for initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
