Overview

The Consultant (Workday Implementation) is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years of client-facing experience in talent acquisition implementations.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• 2 years of consulting experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting talent acquisition systems.
• Experience with change management and training collateral.
• Knowledge of systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, Oracle.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
