Overview

This position will be part of the Recruiting Operations and Programs team, contributing to Samsara’s growth by supporting teams to attract and hire top talent. We design and lead programs supporting a scalable, standardized, and objective recruiting ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years of Program Management experience in HR.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective applications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in managing projects on tight timelines.
• History of collaboration across departments.
• Proven experience in leading continuous improvement.
