  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven narratives.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Passion for customer experience and advocacy.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on program building.
