Sales Compensation Analyst - Remote

Overview

Samsara is seeking a highly motivated Sales Compensation Analyst to join our fast-paced Sales Compensation team within the Accounting department. In this role, you will help scale our revenue-generating operations by implementing and administering sales compensation programs.

• Join a team that supports sales compensation programs.

• Administer sales variable payments including commissions.
• Ensure accurate commission calculations and manage exceptions.
• Maintain sales comp plan documents and ensure timely distribution.
• Address commission inquiries and provide a positive employee experience.
• Validate accrual and payments results for assigned segments.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for sales comp plan changes.
• Identify process improvements to scale operations.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Sales Compensation role.
• Bachelor Degree required, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with automated sales commissions systems.
• Demonstrated success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
