  • Provide world-class hardware and software support as part of the Tier 2 support team.
  • Resolve complex customer problems and improve support across teams.
  • Collaborate with other support engineers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage tickets and build knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to reproduce bugs and build testbeds.
  • Required to have strong technical background and customer-facing skills.
  • Remote position open to candidates in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, or Poland.

  • Flexibility in working hours may be required.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to work in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Experience with industrial systems or IoT devices is a plus.
  • Understanding of Jira is beneficial.
